REGISTRATION RULES

Attention!

Please be advised that CCM Congresses does not send payment slips for registration payments via email.

When the payment method for registrations is through slips, they can only be generated through the congress website, in its restricted area, informing your login and password, in the Payment menu. In case of doubts, contact tatianah@ccmew.com

Instruction for payment of registration fee

The Registration Fee must be paid as follows:

    • Credit Card – via Paypal


After filling out your registration form, you will receive instructions to make the payment.

Attention:

For student categories, it will be essential to send proof of category to the email: tatianah@ccmew.com 

 

Note: The following category vouchers will be accepted:

 

    • Student card (front and back);

    • Registration or attendance declaration signed and stamped by the educational or work institution;

    • Proof of monthly payment for the current semester of the educational institution.

Cancellation and Refund

In case of communication and formal justification for cancellation from participation, the refund of amounts paid will be made up to 45 days after the event.

Refunds will follow the criteria below:

Without justification - sending an e-mail requesting the return of the registration fee + copy of the payment receipt.

Health problems - sending an e-mail requesting the return of the registration fee + copy of the medical certificate + copy of the payment receipt;

Duplicate payment - sending an e-mail requesting the return of the registration fee + copies of the payment receipts.

Only one registration per CPF (person) is allowed. In case of reimbursement, your registration will not be deleted from the system, so it will not be possible to make a new registration.
